QRora Privacy Policy
Effective date: [TO BE SET AT LAUNCH]
What we collect
Nothing. QRora does not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any of your personal data. There are no accounts to create, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash-reporting services operated by us, and no servers of ours involved.
How your codes are made
Every QR code is generated entirely on your device. The content you enter — a link, some text, Wi-Fi details, a contact card — is turned into a code locally and never leaves your iPhone unless you choose to export or share it yourself.
Your saved codes
The history of codes you create is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded anywhere and is removed if you delete it in the app or remove the app.
Logos and images
Any logo or image you add to a code is used only on your device to render that code. It is not uploaded, stored by us, or shared with anyone.
Purchases
If you buy a paid feature, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details — Apple handles all billing, and we never see your payment information.
Dynamic codes (a future feature)
The current version of QRora makes static codes entirely on-device, as described above. A future paid "dynamic code" feature — which would let a code's destination be edited after printing — would necessarily involve a redirect service and would record only anonymised, aggregate scan counts (never personal data, and never sold or shared). That feature is not part of the app today; if and when it ships, this policy will be updated to describe it plainly before it is offered.
Children
QRora does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
