Provisions Privacy Policy

Effective date: [TO BE SET AT LAUNCH]

The short version: your data lives in your own iCloud account. We can't see it, we don't collect anything, and there's no tracking of any kind.

What we collect

Nothing. Provisions does not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any of your personal data. There are no accounts to create, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash-reporting services operated by us, and no servers of ours involved.

Where your data lives

Your grocery lists, stores, and items are stored in your private iCloud database, managed by Apple and tied to your Apple Account. This data is accessible only to you and the people you explicitly share your list with. Bald Guy LLC has no technical ability to read, access, or recover it.

Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Household sharing

When you invite someone to share your list, sharing is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud sharing (CloudKit). The people you invite can see and edit the shared list. You can stop sharing at any time from within the app, which revokes their access.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details — Apple handles all billing, and we never see your payment information.

Face ID / Touch ID

The optional app lock uses Apple's on-device biometric authentication. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never available to us.

Children

Provisions does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Given that we collect nothing, we don't expect much news here.
